Collwood Terrace is the premier new Assisted Living community in San Diego, CA. Although we do cater to all levels of seniors who need assistance, our specialty is Dementia. Our administrative staff has an average 15 years experience in the field and comes from a variety of educational and professional backgrounds. Every member of our administrative staff is licensed by the Department of Social Services as an RCFE Administrator.  

Collwood Terrace is a secured facility. Each door to the outside, including the front entrance, is alarmed with its own unique sound that is tripped when someone attempts to open it.  This system immediately alerts staff to that area. Collwood Terrace has 24 hour staffing and someone is always available at the front desk.
